You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Items must be returned within 30 days from purchase to be eligible for credit.
- Returned items must be received by the supplier AM Conservation Group AMCG in new condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- AMCG will send you Return Merchandise Authorization documentation that must be included with shipment and the Return Merchandise Authorization number printed on each package in order for returned material to be received at AMCG.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error made by AMCG, in which case, AMCG will issue FEDEX or UPS labels to have the product picked up.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If you have created an account on the Entergy New Orleans website, you can also submit a return request by visiting your My Account page.
Defective Item Returns (Smart Thermostats)
If smart thermostat is deemed truly defective by the manufacturer, NOT incompatible, contact the thermostat manufacturer to discuss replacement. See Below.

Due to extended shipping times, orders may take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order ships which will include a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation within 2 weeks or your package within 3 weeks, feel free to contact customer support.
Orders over $25 include free shipping. Orders under $25 have a flat rate of $8.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation with your shipment's tracking code.
