These showerheads are equipped with a patented internal pressure compensator, which enables a consistent output and flow of water regardless of available water pressure. The HealthGuard® showerhead features a removable, anti-microbial faceplate for easy cleaning.

Flow Rate

Good gallons per minute savings are 2.5-2.0 GPM, better gallons per minute savings are 1.5-1.75 GPM, Best gallons per minute savings are 1.0-1.25 GPM

A flow rate is the measurement of water per minute that flows out of your showerhead. They are usually measured in gallons per minutes or GPM. A standard showerhead has a flow rate of 2.5 GPM. This showerhead has a maximum flow rate of 1.5 GPM for increased efficiency.

 

Saving Water Saves Energy

Saves $72 on water and natural gas heating utilities per year. Saves $90 on water and electric gas heating utilities per year.

Saving water also saves energy by reducing the amount of energy used to heat water. The savings differ whether you have an electric or natural gas hot-water heater. This showerhead is 30% more efficient than a standard 2.5-GPM showerhead.

Energy Smart  EasyCool offering

What is EasyCool:

  • During a maximum of 15 peak-demand events each year, your enrolled smart thermostat will automatically make 2-4 degree temperature adjustments to increase the reliability of electrical service.
  • As an EasyCool participant, you can always manually adjust your thermostat to your desired comfort level.
  • These demand response events will last no longer than four hours and will not occur on weekends or holidays.
